Aluminium Exhibition | JISCO Successfully Produces A356 Grade Aluminium Alloy Square Ingots
Recently, Dongxing Jiaxin New Material Company successfully produced A356 grade aluminium alloy square ingots. The physical and chemical properties of the product fully meet customer needs and have been approved by customers, marking JISCO's successful entry into the high-end aluminium alloy market.
With the continuous progress of science and technology, automobile lightweight technology has become one of the important directions for the development of the domestic new energy automobile industry. According to the Aluminium Exhibition, A356 aluminium alloy square ingots are cast aluminium-silicon-magnesium alloys, with good fluidity, good airtightness, small shrinkage rate, etc. They are mainly used in the automotive, aerospace, and electronic technology fields, making them excellent materials for automotive production.
"Based on the experience accumulated over time, we are confident that we can meet the higher requirements put forward by the relevant industries for this material and capture the regional market of automobile production," said Ye Pengfei, deputy general manager of Dongxing Jiaxin New Materials Company. "In order to successfully produce A356 aluminium alloy square ingots, our technicians have engaged with the front-end market multiple times to understand the product properties, streamline the process principles, and make thorough preparations."
To improve the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the alloy ingot, the company held several production process analysis meetings, optimized the process flow, conducted technical research, and simulated production conditions to predict potential issues. They customized a personalized production program, which included adjusting the melting temperature and raw material ratio, and reasonably adjusting the casting speed, casting temperature, and cooling water to improve the uniformity of the A356 alloy ingots' composition. Through experimental research and drawing on previous production process experience, they optimized the heat treatment process parameters to enhance the mechanical properties of the alloy ingots. By strictly managing each step from the selection of aluminium liquid, distribution, and furnace to laboratory testing and production, they achieved precise operations and effectively improved production efficiency.
Through the joint efforts of technical, operational, and production personnel, JISCO successfully produced A356 grade aluminium alloy square ingots. After testing, the product surface is smooth, free of folding, scarring, and other defects, with mechanical properties and corrosion resistance meeting industry standards and fully satisfying customer requirements. "The successful production of A356 aluminium alloy square ingots further enriches JISCO's high-end alloy product range, optimizes the product structure, and cultivates a new economic growth point for the aluminium industry sector," said Ye Pengfei.
