Aluminium Expo | Devoted Efforts of Guangyuan City to Promote Aluminium-based New Material Industry
(1) Build a strong industrial chain. Based on the growth of primary aluminium resources, and aiming at the "headquarters economy", the head of the industry chain enterprises, the city actively plans high value-added projects of aluminium-based materials, to introduce aluminium ingot enterprises of Russia, Kazakhstan, Xinjiang, Yunnan and other places and strengthen the industrial chain clusters. At present, it is actively docking Shandong Fangqiao Metal Technology in the colour map aluminium coil project with an annual output of 30,000 tonnes, and Sichuan Weipeng Cable Manufacturing in an wire and cable project with an annual output of 50,000 tonnes which are expected to be signed in the first quarter.
(2) Cultivate and grow enterprises. It will implement category management on aluminium-based new materials industry enterprises in the park, establish service accounts, and give key protection according to the "one enterprise, one policy" by providing element security, ancillary services, policy support and other aspects of support, to strive for the goal of covering more than 8 industrial enterprises, achieving industrial output value of more than 36 billion yuan, creating more than 2 new state-level high-tech enterprises with revenue of more than 13 billion yuan in 2024.
(3) Accelerate project construction. The city will establish a system that links district-level leaders so that each can focus on helping on designated target by carrying out visits to collect the difficulties of enterprises and having regular meetings. According to the aluminium expo, projects with Sichuan Energy Investment Gas Power Generation, Guangyuan Yuhang Aluminum and Guangyuan Henghui Aluminum are forging ahead steadily, and the three projects including wire and cable manufacturing industrial park, new energy automotive aluminium alloy castings with annual output of 10,000 tons with Deyang Tianhe are expected to start construction in the first quarter.
