aluminium show | Anhui Hongjin 200,000 tons aluminium alloy new material project put into production

On 18th February 2024, Anhui Hongjin New Material Technology Co., Ltd. put into production its 200,000 tons per annum recycled aluminium new material project, with a total investment of RMB 550 million. The factory is located in the Economic Development Zone of Jin'an District, Lu'an City, Anhui Province, invested by Guangdong Hongjin New Material Technology Co. The second phase of the project was put into operation at the end of 2025, with an annual output of 100,000 tons of alloy materials. Mainly for the host plant and to the host plant supporting die-casting enterprises to provide green, low-carbon aluminium alloy materials, at the same time to the 150Km range of die-casting enterprises to provide direct supply of aluminium liquid service, to achieve energy saving, emission reduction, cost reduction and efficiency.

According to the aluminium expo, anhui hong jin material science and technology co., ltd, the products mainly include heat free treatment die casting aluminium alloy, high thermal conductivity high conductivity aluminium alloy ultra high heat treatment aluminium alloy high performance die casting aluminium alloy (high yield strength high thermal conductivity) AISi10MnMg, 356.2 ADC12, A380, AlSi9Cu3 and other kinds of regeneration aluminium alloy ingots/liquid aluminium, widely used in traditional automobile, new energy vehicle, energy storage, ships, 3C electronics, household appliances and other industries.
